Scotland's National Nature Reserves
We designed and produced two booklets to promote the beautiful Isle of Rum, one of Scotland’s NNRs. Scotland has 47 National Nature Reserves, which cover 95,835 hectares and showcase the wide variety of Scotland’s habitats and species from pine forests to seabird colonies.
The Isle of Rum handbook is a comprehensive visitors guide to the history, wildlife, habitat and walks on the island. We designed the handbook using colour to highlight different sections and provide quick access to essential info. The production of this 48 page guide includes a special photographic gallery foldout as well as area maps.
Kinloch Castle is a late Victorian mansion situated on the Isle of Rum and built by Sir George Bullough. This visitor’s guide features the history of Kinloch Castle and a room by room detailed tour. In addition to the guidebook, we also designed and produced a series of postcards for the Kinloch Castle giftshop.
